Built in the 1920s, the Hotel Gloria is one of the most traditional hotels in Brazil, and has preserved its original classic design with its antique French furniture and art pieces. Located on Praia do Flamengo, the hotel is a few minutes from downtown and the southern district. The Hotel Gloria is surrounded by tropical gardens and features panoramic verandahs. Suites at the hotel feature Persian carpets, perior furniture and valuable art pieces. At its restaurants, one can taste the most sophisticated international dishes prepared by a specialized staff. MEETINGS & CONFERENCES: Gloria's Convention Center is a big complex of 23 rooms and modular halls which can hold events of 10 up to 2000 people. Fully prepared to hold fairs, congresses and conventions, besides the possibility of setting stands at the entrance foier.

It has an independent entrance to guarantee total privacy and it allows having temporary secretaries with total technical support. Supporting rooms and a secretary's office are available.

Gloria's Business Center provides simultaneous translation equipment in up to five laguages, besides computer services and audio-visual aids. There's a modern communication system as the Video Conference Room which allows live meetings with people spread out in up to 3 different places in the world.

Yet, Gloria Hotel offers several rooms of different sizes and shapes but with full infrastructure to hold workshops, meetings, training courses and conferences.

EVENTS & BANQUETS: With its finely decorated halls, Hotel Gloria is the perfect place to hold banquets, cocktails, parties, as well as wedding, baptism and graduation celebrations.
